COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS

This year the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on Thursday 16th April and, due to the current vacancies for Committee Members we are asking members to consider putting their name forward.

It should be noted that you need to have been a member of the Club for at least one year before your nomination can be considered.

Membership of the Committee involves monthly meetings on the second Wednesday evening of each month, and a commitment to undertake various tasks and duties.

It is a very necessary job and is essential to keep your Club running.

Notices calling the Annual General Meeting have been placed on the Club Notice Board, together with Nomination Notices for Committee Membership and Officers of The Club.

The Bar

As we are a free house we are not limited to what a brewery wants us to sell. Apart from the most popular beers we also stock guest beer supplied by local micro breweries.

The Great House Bistro

Keeping a well stocked bar with wines, spirits and beers is one thing but having good quality food to compliment it is essential. We try to provide a varied menu, from a simple snack to a complete dining experience.
